What is the pet policy?
Maximum of 3 pets per apartment home. Pets are subject to a one-time fee and monthly pet rent. The following is a list of all restricted dog breeds; the list applies to both purebred and mixed breeds:
Rottweiler, Pit Bull, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog/Bull Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Wolf dog hybrid, Mastiff (Bull, Neapolitan, Toso Inu), Husky, Scottish Deerhound, Irish Wolfhound, Komondor, Borzoi, Dalmatian.
 
What are the assigned schools?
The assigned schools are: Huntley Hills Elementarty School, Chamblee Middle School, and Chamblee High School.

What is the parking policy?
Parking is offered at will. There are garages available for an additional monthly fee. 

Can visitors park overnight?
Yes, visitors may park overnight on levels 1 or 2 of the parkeing deck. 

Are utilities included in rent?
Utilities are not included in rent. Upon move-in, residents will need to set up an account with Georgia Electric and will receive a monthly bill for water and sewer usage. There is also a montlhy utility fee that includes internet, cable, gas, valet trash, and pest control. 

Are short-term rentals available?
Our community offers lease terms from 2-12 months. 
 
Are there community spaces for events?
Yes, we offer several spaces that available for rentals for private social events.
